3. Return Process

Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

You may be required to self-ship the product to our return address.

Share the shipment tracking details once dispatched.
Note: Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders → Refund to Bank Account / UPI
