6. Unboxing Video Requirement for Replacement Claims
To claim a replacement for any defective product, you must provide a full, uninterrupted unboxing video showing:

The complete unboxing process, including powering on the product in the same video (even if you need to connect a charger).
Any defects or issues visible upon arrival.
7. Return and Refund Policy
(A) Non-Refundable Advance:
The advance payment made for confirming an order is non-refundable. If a customer is uncomfortable placing an order through the website, our team will assist in placing the order through WhatsApp using the numbers provided in our YouTube channel videos—AMTVPRO, AMTV Shorts, and AMTV Reviews. The same non-refundable advance policy applies across all platforms.
(B) Order Cancellation by Customer:
If a customer decides to cancel the order after making the payment, the amount will be provided only as store credit, valid for 1 year. The store credit will be linked to the specific order number, and the customer must provide all related details. Failure to provide details may result in loss of store credit.

Eligibility for Return:
Products can be returned only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. A complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
Return Process:

Replacement:
