The same non-refundable advance policy applies across all platforms.
(B) Order Cancellation by Customer:
If a customer decides to cancel the order after making the payment, the amount will be provided only as store credit, valid for 1 year. The store credit will be linked to the specific order number, and the customer must provide all related details. Failure to provide details may result in loss of store credit.
